We bought a bicycle, helmet and bell (of course) for our 4-year old from Marty's in Morristown. Tim was outstanding with helping us pick out the bike. Highly recommend to all parents out there to buy bikes from Marty's for their customer service and reasonable prices.

I had an amazing experience with the Morristown location. I called about a bike and unfortunately they didn't have the one I was interested in buying assembled already but I decided to purchase anyway and upon my arrival to pick it up (which was about an hour after I called) they had put it together! Such a nice surprise and such nice people!

Really easy - great customer service when I break my bike I purchased from them - and they have all the extras I need when I don't have time to shop. Always friendly and positive even when I abuse my toys - I never get lectured or feel taken advantage of as a 56 year old woman who cannot replace a tire. They take care of everything at a fair price an I just get to enjoy my bike on the short amount of time I have so I can keep up with the pro's.

Update 2/8/2024: STILL an awesome group, still providing great service for anyone who walks in the door with a bike in need of repair. Tonight, while making my early season laps around Morristown, the left crank bolt kept coming lose, despite my tightening it with a small hex in my travel bag. I'd have to stop every 1/4mile and tighten it. It took Luis all of 30 seconds to tighten me up to the proper torque and have me back on the road before the sun set. I was able to ride another 4 miles without any issues thanks to Marty's Reliable Cycle. Thanks again, guys!! 🚲 Spring 2023: As a first time customer looking to free up the freewheel on my '88 Mongoose Sycamore (specialty tool you rarely need), the staff were awesome, provided a great deal of information regarding bicycles and maintenance, and they even removed my three wheel at no charge. I was super impressed with the selection of bicycles and accessories they had to offer, and given the quality parts they had on hand I was impressed with the prices. I feel it's difficult for a lot of local brick and mortar businesses to keep their business operating these days when online stores offer inexpensive parts and free shipping, but wh

This August was my first time buying a bike in a very long time and I couldnt have been happier with the experience. Sales staff was friendly, never pushy, and knowledgeable about the right kind of bike for me. Would recommend them to anyone and everyone.
